Maximum sustained winds have now been clocked at one hundred and twenty-two miles per hour, holding steady as a category four storm. Jill is currently located one hundred and twenty miles to our southeast and is moving at fifteen miles per hour, meaning she will make landfall around eleven PM. Some of the effects of Jill are already being felt throughout the tri-state region with wind gusts approaching forty miles an hour.
