Power . Money . Luxury . Respect .

These are the things I only think about . I want to be the most powerful and most respected man in the world and I will be that in no time . To make these things work I have to work hard and I do not mind .

That is why I am still in my office right now and not at home enjoying the warmth my bed gives . I have been here since eight in the morning and right now it is half past seven at night .

My laptop pings and I see a message that makes me really angry and annoyed . This foolish man is making me really angry right now . I was in the meeting with him and I felt like strangling him to death . He is a foolish old man . He thought he could steal from me and get away with it .

My thoughts were cut off by my office door being opened with a strong force and I already know who it is .

"I knew I would find you here even on a Saturday night ." , my best friend since college says as he invites himself in my office .

"Hello to you too , Harrison ." , I say using his full name to annoy him.

"Don't call me that you know I hate it . ", he says while sitting on the chair infront of my office desk .

"Fine . What are you doing here at this time ?" , I ask as I close my laptop to give him my attention.

"So ... I signed a year contract today and I was thinking we could go to a club to celebrate " , he says while grinning at me .

"You know I hate those and I am busy " , i say as I start to open my laptop but he quickly closes it .

"But I already invited Lar and she said she is coming . You know I can't disappoint her . " , he says looking at me with pleading eyes .

"Pretty please with a cherry on top ." , he says giving me his puppy eyes knowing I will melt .

"Fine . But I am not doing this for you ." , I say after 5 seconds of him staring at me with those eyes .

"Really ? But thank you. " , he says while grinning like a child with a new shiny toy .

"Come on , we will meet her there . I said at 8 o'clock we will be there and now it's 7:40 ." , he says while looking at his brand new watch.

"You know I hate tardiness so let's go . " , I say as I get up from my comfy chair and wear my jacket . He gets up too and we take the elevator in silence to the company garage .

"You came with your car ?" , I ask him as we enter the garage.

"No , I came with a cab ." , he answers me as he opens the passenger door and gets in . I also get in the car and start the car reversing from the garage and into the road .

"When are you going to tell her ?" , I ask him while driving and I know he knows what I am talking about .

"I don't know , K . I really don't . What if she doesn't like me ?" , he whispers looking at his lap and I feel for him.

"She likes you . Just ask her ." , I say as we pull up from Club Genesis .We get out of the car and see the people in the long line . We pass them while throw curses our way.

"Good evening , Boss " , Luke says as he opens for us and I give a firm nod .

We enter the club and we are immediately welcomed by alcohol stench and sweat . The music is loud , there are so many people on the dance floor and they look like they have no problems.

The VIP section of this club is for wealthy people only . Not everyone can afford this section . We make our way to the VIP section and I see her as we enter sitting in the booths and it looks like she already ordered for herself.

She turns her head in our direction and makes eye contact with me . She stands up quickly and run towards me and hugs me . I put my hands on her waist as I hug her too taking in her scent that I love . It reminds me of my mother , she had a scent like this .

My thoughts were cut off by her muffled voice . "I missed you so much ."

"I missed you too , Sunshine ." , I say as I stroke her soft dark brown hair .

"Wow ! I feel so loved right now . No hug for me ?" , Larisa quickly lets go and looks at him and I can see her cheeks turn pink.

"Harrison ." , she whispers and goes to hug him. He quickly wraps his arms around her waist and lifts her and she lets out a loud squeal. He puts her down , unwraps his arms around her and lets her go .

"I missed you , Buttercup." , Harry says and I see Lar turns her head away from him and I know she is blushing .

"Come on guys , let's get drunk !" , Lar says as she makes her way to her chair .

"Let us do it !" , Harry says as he calls the waitress . I only order one drink because I do not want to get drunk tonight . After an hour and a half Lar is drunk and passed out .

"She had enough now . I will take care of her . " , Harry says as he lifts bridal style because she passed out .

"Okay . I am also going ." , I say as I take our things and follow Harry out and to the parking lot . We arrive next to Lar's car and I open it as Harry puts her inside and closes the door .

"Take care of her . And tell her she can come and visit me anytime ." , I say as I make my way to my car .

"I will . Goodnight , bro ." , he says as he opens the car door .

"Goodnight ." , I answer him and I also get into my car , start it and hit the road . The road is peaceful because people are sleeping . That is when I start thinking .I miss my mother . She used to say I am strong even though I felt weak .

She loved me so much and sacrificed a lot for me and I will always thank her for that . I love her so much and I know she is looking down on me and I hope she is proud of what I have become .

My thoughts were cut off as I see a feminine figure infront of my car and I quickly hit the breaks . The car stops abruptly and I calm my racing heart before opening my car door and getting out .

"Hello ! Are you alright? " , I ask as I approach the figure .I stand infront of her and ask , "Hey ? Can you hear me ?"

"Help me , Mister . Please ." , I hear her whisper as she sways and falls but I catch her quickly before she hits the ground .

"I got you" , I whisper out as I take her in my arms and put her in my car before getting in and driving to my house . My house is five minutes away from here and I take only three minutes . I quickly get in because I already called the security to open the gate .

I drive through the driveway and stop on the front door . I open the door and take the woman out and run to the house and put her in my bed and use my blankets because she is cold as ice . I do not know what possessed me that I put this woman in my bedroom.

I take my time and look at her . She looks young and fragile . She is beautiful with her black hair framing her pretty round face . Her skin looks smooth I wish I could run my hands on her skin .

I quickly cut my thoughts off as I realise what I am thinking . I get up and go to make chicken soup for her because I know she will be hungry when she wakes up . I wonder what happened to her .

I take my cellphone from my pocket and text Harry .

"Tell Larisa to come to my house tomorrow morning ."
