The nurse checks my blood pressure. It's not normal at a young age. I am already high blood. He explained to me my condition and why I fainted. I understood. I need to relax and not think too much. I also need to eat less rice and more healthy foods. He told me exactly what Asher told me. I was amazed.
I need to stay longer in the clinic. They need to monitor my blood pressure every after thirty minutes. I need to stay here and relax.
He asked me a series of questions, including if I have a family member that does have high blood. I said I don't know because I never asked that question to my mom. This is the first time I've been in a clinic.
"I contacted your mom already. She'll be here in a few hours. I'm sorry lady but I have to tell your parents about this."
