Summer screamed and waved her arms about as the monkey attacked- basically tore through her hair. “Summer!” She heard Adam yell beside her, but she was too lost to even register it. Pain raked her skull as the monkey grabbed handfuls of hair, drawing and swinging from it. “Get off me you beast!” She yelled, grabbing whatever part of the animal she could grab and trying hard with her strength to pull it off. But that was the thing with monkeys. Their grip was unusually strong. Something about evolution. From the side of her vision, she saw Adam drop his bag and assume position in front of her. His fingers lightly grazed hers when he held the monkey too. It was a spectacle to behold. People had begun to form a small crowd. Someone had taken out their phone. She ducked, using what was left
