Summer rushed into her room as soon as Adam disappeared out the door. Her sobs racked her whole body and she could barely breathe as her blood pounded against her ears. When he'd confessed that he loved her, she'd gone into a state of blankness. Adam had just declared that he loved her. Repeating it over and over again. She could feel time stop at that moment.
