Artemis has never run this fast before. The blizzard that piled an extra three feet of snow was no match for her; as soon as we stepped foot outside, the ground instantly started melting under her paws. The sky was gray, more snow threatening to fall, and the air was cold. Artemis heads down a hill, the ground no longer melting under us. There is a path up ahead with many sets of massive paw prints. Artemis makes her way through the thick snow and inspects the path. There must have been at least five wolves that were running to the west into the thicker part of the forest.
