The elevator doors open and I step out first, then my father, then Parker. I tell the patrol members to return to their posts. Everyone nods their heads that they understand, but as the elevator door closes, I see the man that was the gray wolf step out behind Parker as he stares at her ass.
I’m about to rip his head off when my father pushes us forward towards the two bodies lying under sheets in the middle of the room. “These two bodies were found on the cliff. I know there are at least two more wolves who were there, but their scent has been lost. We knew one was yours, son, but the blizzard picked up and the patrol was forced to retreat back here.” He looks between Parker and me. “Tell me, do you know these boys?”
