Author’s POV Every 100 years, the Moon Goddess must enter a deep slumber that lasts for at least 25 years. During this time, the Sun God takes her place and carries out her duties while she rests. It was a cycle that had continued for many years, a responsibility that both of them understood and accepted. But on this faithful day, it was finally time for the Moon Goddess to go into her slumber once again. Now, I know what you’re thinking... “What could possibly go wrong?” Well... I can’t give you that answer just yet. But don’t worry, the truth will reveal itself soon enough. 😜 So sit back, relax, and enjoy reading. Moon Goddess POV “Hey, hun. You know today is the day I have to go into slumber,” I said to the Sun God, my husband. “Oh... um... y-yes, honey,” he replied, scratching the back of his neck. I looked at him curiously. Something about the way he answered seemed strange, but I decided not to think too much about it. “Yeah... anyways, I’m going to sleep now,” I said, still giving him a curious look. “Talk to you in the next 25 years, hun,” I said with a smile before leaning forward and kissing him on the lips. After that, I turned around and started walking toward my room. Wait... I mean our room. Before entering, I remembered something and turned back around. “Oh, and hun, don’t forget to do the jobs for me while I’m gone. You know... the mates, powers, etc.,” I shouted. “Yeah, no problem, hun,” he replied. As I walked away, I suddenly heard a crunching sound. I paused for a moment. Probably just him eating. I shook my head and continued walking, not knowing what was really happening behind me. Author’s POV Me smiling evilly. Little did she know what was coming. Muuuhhhhaaaaaaaaa 😈😈😈😈😈 Sun God’s POV I’m just going to watch some things for a while, while I eat, then I’ll go and do my wife’s job. 1 HOUR LATER --- So here I am. Okay... where is that book? Hmm... Oh, here it is. I picked up the book and started looking through the pages. “Okay, so there are the powers,” I said while flipping through the book. Hmm. HERE’S A SNEAK PEEK OF THE BOOK, GUYS. By the way, some of these are just names I thought of, or you could say made up because of the power/ability. NORMAL • Fire • Water • Air/Wind • Earth RARE --- As a matter of fact... Never. And I mean... NEVER GIVE IT OUT. --- RARE Mentis — Whatever the person thinks will happen... will happen. Voxen — Whatever the person says will happen... will happen. And by no circumstances... Do you give one person BOTH. --- Author’s POV But... The Sun God NEVER read the side scribble. He only looked at the powers. Author's POV Long ago, there were ten werewolf packs spread across the land. Each pack had its own territory, its own laws, and its own Alpha. For many years, they lived in peace. But peace never lasts forever. War broke out. No one remembers exactly how it started, but everyone remembers how it ended. Blood covered the ground. Countless wolves lost their lives. By the time the fighting was over, five packs had been completely wiped out, leaving only five surviving packs. These packs became the strongest and most feared in the werewolf world. Each one earned its reputation in a different way. --- Blood Pack Alpha: Duqan (Alpha Duqan) Age: 22 Status: Known as a dangerous but disciplined pack. They never kill for fun or out of anger. However, once they decide someone is a threat, they will stop at nothing until the job is finished. --- White Moon Pack Alpha: Terrence (Alpha Terrence) Age: 21 Status: Ranked as the third strongest pack. They are respected for their kindness, loyalty, and willingness to forgive. But don't mistake their compassion for weakness—they are more than capable of defending themselves when necessary. --- Black Crescent Pack Alpha: Jaheem (Alpha Jaheem) Age: 20 Status: The second strongest pack. They avoid unnecessary bloodshed and believe violence should only be used as a last resort. Despite that, few packs are brave enough to challenge them. --- Silver Steel Pack Alpha: Achaeby (Alpha Achaeby) Age: 21 Status: Considered the weakest of the five remaining packs. Because of this, many underestimate them... a mistake that has cost more than one enemy their life. --- Golden Heart Pack Alpha: Keilan (Alpha Keilan) Age: 20 Status: The strongest and most ruthless pack in existence. Despite their welcoming name, mercy is something they rarely show. If the Golden Heart Pack comes for you... Pray to the Moon Goddess. Because they won't.
