"You're still here?" I smile at Hazz who keeps following me around.
Truthfully, I need company. The cave can get very lonely. But Hazz's kind of company isn't the right one. It won't help me relax; it will put me on the edge.
Yet, if he leaves I'll be left alone with Gratsiya, my inner wolf who is a much worse option than Hazz. Gratsiya has a certain kind of dark introversion about herself. She doesn't speak to me except I'm about to die.
"You're sending me away?" says Hazz, chuckling.
"Yes. I'm sending you away. Go home," I reply and walk over to sit on a little boulder. "Thank you anyway for the food. And thanks too for risking your life to break me out. I won't forget that in a hurry. I'm alive and here because you came through for me."
