Vaughn The queen, JoJo and I patiently wait for an injured Sa Barel to rise. After a couple of failed attempt, he staggers up on his feet as if punch-drunk and steadies himself, looking at us three one after the other as if in amusement. Then as expected of him, he starts to grin. It's always been clear he's a psychopath, but it's just been reaffirmed. "Tie him up," my mother says. And JoJo walks over to first help his fallen horse back up, rubbing the horse's mane and neck to let it know it isn't in danger.
