Third Person The headquarters of Kane Holdings had never felt this tense. Black luxury cars lined the street outside the towering glass building. Inside, shareholders, executives, and board members moved through the lobby with tight smiles and quiet whispers. Everyone knew today would decide the future of the company. And the fate of Alexander Kane. The Boardroom The massive boardroom was already half full when Alexander walked in. Conversations immediately died. Every eye turned toward him. Some were curious.
