It was around half an hour since Katie had called her brother, still no sign of them or the attacker, but my wolf wasn’t letting his guard down just yet. I felt tired of worrying about Katie getting attacked ten feet away from me, so I trotted quietly behind her, grabbed the back of her top and carried her back to where I was originally sat. That earned me a few curse words and a light slap on my paw but it calmed my wolf. I laid my large wolf head down on top of her protecting her from the harsh wind that blew through the trees.
