Today has been such a busy day. Derek is with Clyde and his mother, working the shields around the main housing area while Melly and I stock the shelters up. Thankfully, we have Brad to help us carry things.
“We have enough food down here to last a week. The biggest issue will be where people will sleep,” Melly looked around the vast shelter. The main area has a kitchenette and large pantry with a sizeable buffet-style table off to the side. There is a large living room with couches and chairs and a fireplace. Since it’s underground, some rooms come off the main area.
The main sleeping area has three large rooms with bunk beds in them. There are some smaller rooms off of those with double-sized beds in them for adults.
