We headed back to join the others. I only had a few hours left with my friends, because tonight we had dinner with my parents and brother, and tomorrow we would be leaving.

Before I could hear his reply, I felt hands lift me up, and I was being carried towards the water kicking and screaming. As soon as my body hit the water, I froze; it was like ice on my warm skin.
