Resch was on her feet before Okafor finished his sentence.
"Senator this committee cannot introduce unauthenticated documentation as evidence during live testimony. The proper procedure requires full authentication, notice to all parties and a formal admissibility ruling before any document is referenced from the dais."
Okafor looked at her. "Ms. Resch I referenced a document. I did not enter it as evidence. This committee has broad latitude in its questioning process and I am exercising that latitude. Please sit down."
"Senator the prejudicial effect of referencing this document regardless of its evidentiary status fundamentally compromises the integrity of this proceeding and I am formally objecting on the record."
