ARC 1.3 : Onnell Maxwell

Next morning, the Knights house was empty and there was nobody talking or gossiping as all the workers had already been kicked out of the house. In the dining room, a young girl with an oval face and pouty lips was talking while sipping her soup slowly with a young boy beside her. She looks lovely in her loose dress but can still make people guess how attractive her body was, and this young girl is indeed Elis. She changed the way she wore her clothes and she also changed her hairstyle.

In this world, she was 19 years old, and she was schools at the college of one of the famous schools for rich people. The original body had taken business study as the original body thought that this course was something that she needed to take. Well, Elis didn't care much when she found out about this. She was a business student back in her old world, so this is nothing for her.

"Young Miss, I will send you and young master to school." Housekeeper Lu suddenly talked as he looked at their young miss who was now tying Roland's shoe.

"Okay, after you send us please open a job vacancy for our house and this time make sure to pick a good maid," Elis ordered.

"Yes, Miss," Housekeeper Lu spoke as he opened the door for Elis and Roland.

Once Elis stepped out of the car, the students who were entering the college gate were all looking at her and were in shock. What they saw is a beauty who looked like a celestial being, her white pale skin looked so smooth and her oval-shaped face with her doe eyes and pouty red lips were so attractive to their eyes. Some were even questioning whether she was a new student or not.

Elis who saw all of this, didn't even bother as she walked straight to the administrative office. Her purpose today is to change her college and go to the one where the female lead and second male lead go to. She is itching to finish this mission so she can go back to her own world.

Arriving at the administrative office, she immediately settled her things down, even though the admin was in shock when seeing her face, even more dumbfounded when they saw her name. This is the top student who was rumored as ugly and nerdy? Then what are they then?

The admin immediately runs to the dean's office, because this is the top student in their school, so they must ask him first. Once the dean was notified, he immediately met Elis, and he, too, was dumbfounded when he saw her face.

"Elis... this..." The dean looked at the form in front of him and looked at Elis once again. There was a long pause in his voice, but soon he was cut by Elis.

"Uncle, just approve of my transfer. I'll cook something tasty for you tonight, besides your niece and nephew miss you." Elis smiled at the dean, who she found out that this was her maternal uncle's name, Lucian.

Lucian looked at Elis who had now changed her style from clothing to hair. He also noticed that she wore minimal makeup and boy she looked just like his sister. Lucian's eyes turned soft, he raised his hand and patted Elis's head. Elis was a bit shocked by this sudden movement. She tried to dodge his hand, but Lucian moved his hand before she could even dodge it.

"Where do you want to transfer to?" Lucian asked.

"South University." Lucian frowned for a moment, he looked at Elis once again and sighed.

"Why do you want to go there? That place is in sixth place among all the schools around here and all the students who attend there are some spoiled and good-for-nothing kids. They could bully you!" Lucian replied, totally disagreeing with the choice of his niece.

"It's near Roland's school." Simple answer but, managed to make Lucian close his mouth. He massaged his temples as he looked at the form in his hand. Finally, after 10 minutes and still didn't receive any words from Elis, he stamped his seal on the form and gave it to Elis. Elis smiled at Lucian and gave him a peck of a kiss on his cheek.

"7 pm, don't forget to come and bring auntie too!" Elis walked away as she gave a wink towards one of the admin. Blushing, the admin waved at her before seeing the girl disappear from the administrative office.

Now outside, some of the students looked at Elis with many meaningful gazes, some were amazed, some were fascinated, some were jealous and some were lust but nobody have the guts to approach her as she looked so aloof and cold.

Elis called a cab and asked the driver to go to South University. With the beauty inside his cab, the driver was smiling from ear to ear. He was amazed to meet a beautiful lady like this and his sour feeling just now was gone.

"A student?" the cab driver asked. Elis only nodded as her answer and closed her eyes. Seeing the beauty close her eyes, the cab driver didn't say anything anymore. He drove his cab carefully as he didn't want to disturb her rest, so the 45 minute drive was silent. Even so, for the driver, it was peaceful time for him.

"Miss, we've arrived." The cab driver said and Elis opened her eyes. She gave a smile towards the driver cab while she gave her fare to him.

"Can you wait for me, I'll pay you extra," Elis said, and the cab driver was placed under her spell as he nodded without any second thought. Elis almost want to laugh as she walked out of the cab. Like before, the students who were outside the class were all looking at Elis with many meaningful looks. Still, she didn't even bother about it as she walked towards one of the students who seemed so into the book he was reading.

"Hello, can you tell me where the administrative office is?" Elis asked, and she almost laughed out loud when she saw the student immediately close his book, even, so Elis managed to catch a glimpse of the book's content. This student is daring enough to read porn in the middle of the day!

The student looks at Elis and his mouth almost falls on the ground. What he sees is a goddess, and he almost wants to kneel and worship her. Elis giggled a little as she brought her soft and white finger under his chin and helped him to close his mouth. The boy's face turned bright red when he noticed Elis smiling at him.

"O-of course!" he said and immediately took her to the administrative office while sometimes looking behind him to make sure that she was following him.

"Thank you." Elis thanked him after they arrived in front of the administrative office. The boy laughed and said that this is nothing. Elis almost rolled her eyes in front of him, but she managed to hold it. So, without further ado, she entered the administrative office and was a bit surprised to see that the people who worked were less than three while others were gossiping and hanging around the corner. Elis's mouth twitched when she saw this situation. She was a businesswoman before, so she was very strict with her workers, so when she saw this situation she almost wants to yell at them. Fortunately enough, she remembered that this was not her old life anymore.

After calming herself, she walked to one of the admins who was typing something on the computer. She looked up when she noticed there was someone in front of her. She was shaken for a moment at seeing such a beauty in front of her.

"May I help you?" Elis nodded, and the young admin smiled at her. The transfer process was very easy to do as Elis was a top student and the quota for the business study class was still available, so Elis managed to do all of this without any hustle. Coming out of the South University, Elis couldn't help but feel happy. Looks like her first step is a success!

That night, after the visit from his uncle's visit, Elis received a piece of pleasant news about the second male lead.

"Host, the second male lead has finished his business, and he's already in his dorm, at South University," Fluffy told Elis. A smile crept to her lips as she couldn't wait to see this Onnell Maxwell tomorrow.

"Nice, keep monitoring him Fluffy," Elis instructed, and Fluffy replied with a giggle. Elis looked at the sky, somehow seeing the night sky calm her down, and she couldn't help but reminisce about him. She need to do her mission faster as she couldn't wait to see him again.

Now that her first step is already a success, she needs to take her second step. Make a 'coincidence' to meet up with the second male lead. Now that she and he were in the same school, this task was easy to do, the only thing that was challenging for her is how to attract his attention, but of course, Elis didn't feel any trouble as this is only a small matter.

Elis grinned as she lay her head on the pillow, feeling that everything is falling into her palm. She fell asleep comfortably.

Fluffy, who saw her host asleep, returns towards the void system space. Inside the duplicate room of Elis's old room, a red blink kept blinking and Fluffy could tell that this blinking meant trouble in the system. She opened the red blink and a hologram appeared in front of her.

"Attention to all systems, attention to all systems! A bug has appeared, and this bug is attacking all systems protection. Please keep aware of it's existence and immediately report to the higher up if you find it! I repeat, immediately report it to the higher up!"

The hologram disappeared after the message was transmitted. Fluffy furrowed her brow as she put aside the message. Somehow she couldn't help but opening the folder name 1,584,877,675 and re-read all of its content. The situation she faces right now is similar to the folder names 1,584,877,675, which is banned by the system administrator, but she managed to copy it before it was banned. She closed it and sighed slowly. Being a system is totally not an easy task!
