Episode 2 Beta Will with Shifting and Shiting

(Faith's POV)

But once we got to the door Bella ran off somewhere so I didn't question it because, well she's Bella so I don't even want to ask, I don't feel like playing cat and mouse.

About 15 minutes later when Bella disappeared, she came back with tears running down her face and was running towards me like someone was chasing her. 

"FFFFAAAAAAAIIIIIIIITTTTTHHHHHH!!!"  She yelled, oh wow would you look at that, just like this morning.

"Yes?" I ask raising one eyebrow

"Look" She said pointing to a red hand mark that looks like it's going to turn blue and purple soon

That is when I get angry. 

“What the hell happened to you? Who did it?!” I was so angry and my wolf was starting to show even though we haven’t shifted yet but ok.

“It was my now ex-mate, he rejected me and when I started crying, he slapped me! And guess who he is!”

“Who”

“Beta Will of the Royal Blood Pack!”

I nod thinking about how I’m going to make him dead meat. I don’t care if they are a royal. (mostly cause my pack is a secret pack of lycans, but no one else knows that)  *plus I always forget that the first day of school is on my birthday sooooo it's going to be shifting and shiting time.* :)

Bella! You are a Lycan Beta for goddess sake! We are stronger than them!” I whisper yell to her

“I know that I just didn’t think that he would hurt me, his mate…” oh my god. she's turning soft.

Well, someone's gonna be dead on the first day of school. This is great and amazing start to the year and even better I'm going to kill them. So that's even better

I start walking to the school when Bella grabs my arm,

“Hey, I’ve been thinking. There is this party that only higher ranks can go to in two weeks, but since your dad isn’t here then we have to go. ” Bella said happily. Okay I'm sorry but HOW THE HELL IS SHE CHANGING MOODS SO QUICKLY IT'S SAD THAT ME AN ALPHA FEMALE LYCAN CAN'T EVEN DO THAT. Not fair.

Then she started smirking her evil smile which means a 6 hour trip to the mall. Lucky me.

“Fine. But that doesn’t mean you are picking my outfit! Plus it's two weeks away so HA.” I say as I walk into the school.

We get our schedules and crap from the office and head off to find our lockers and classes, luckily our lockers are somehow right next to each other so yay me, and we have all the same classes, we get to hang out all day. As we start to walk to our first class which is English. 

*Later*

The next few classes went by in a blur until lunch came around, and let me tell you this. It is a happy happy time in there. 

Bella and I walk into the cafeteria only to see the other b***h himself. Beta Will of the Royal Blood Pack. He stops in front of us and I tell Bella to get behind me.

“What do you want.” I ask

“I want to talk to your little Beta over there”   He said pointing to Bella who was behind me. Oh wow I hate him already.

“Why” 

“Cause my Crown Prince Alpha wants me to grow some balls and accept my mate.”

"Who's dat?"

"Someone you wouldn't know"

“Ok… Then why did you reject her in the first place?”

“I have better things to do than have a mate. But Alpha says no.”

Huh well played pretty boy, well played.

“Well then where is your Alpha?”

“He won’t be here this week but a few days after this grand ball thingy, then he will come back to school.”

Good to know

“Touche.” I say as I let the two love birds catch up and go to get my lunch. I still don't like him and I'm like scared for Bella's life. kind of.

When I sat down at a random table, I felt a person come up behind me. 

¨Hey, Fay. I just got accepted and now I’m going to the ball thing with you and my mate!¨ She said cheerfully. As I said last time. What. The. f**k. Is. With. All. Of. These. Mood. Changes! When I looked back up at her I saw that she had her ¨Get in loser we're going shopping ̈  look, I'm scared now.     

But then again, there is no way that having a mate and going through all the stupid ass drama can be this easy.

¨So then are you going to force him to come to the mall with us later?” She still had that f*****g smirk

¨Who said I was going to force him to come with.¨ She said sarcastically

¨Your smile did.¨ I said and continued eating. But then the bell rang so off to the gym. Ugggghhhhhh

*In the gym*

I noticed that Will was in our gym class as well, so lucky me! Bella and I ran to our gym lockers and got changed.

¨So Fay, I've been thinking. Why hasn't the Moon Goddess let you find your mate yet?¨

¨Maybe because she wants me to shift on my own so that I will be a strong Lycan in the future.¨  I feel like I'm lying. This is fun.

¨Oh, good point.¨ She said, then we ran to the track and did 30 laps (all werewolf school btw) and then the day was over because we don't really have that long of schedules, and the rest of the day is just study hour.

*Back At Home*

¨Hey Bella do you want to go on a walk? I need to clear my head.¨ I said mindlinking her.

¨Sure meet you in 5, "

I then run downstairs but go back because I forgot to grab a change of clothes (because I might shift later) but once I grabbed those I ran back down to find Bella impatiently waiting. 

¨Jeesh you're slow!¨

¨Well, not all of us are the fastest people in the world.¨ I say as we start walking to the woods. Once we reach the ¨Clothes Tree¨, we opened the hidden door then started walking to the cliff where all Lycans shifted. It's tradition. As we reached the cliff, I fell on the ground in pain rolling over onto my back clutching my stomach. Bella just stood there because she wasn't my mate so she couldn't do anything to ease my pain. After what felt like hours, I finally opened my eyes and looked down to see black paws and ears and white fur. 

¨Oh my goddess, Faith your wolf is beautiful!¨

Someone said in my head

Oh. Then can I call you Lu?

Sure as long as you don’t call me LunaLu cause that’s what our mom called us.

What do you mean by my mom knew what your name is as my wolf?

Our mother is part witch so she got visions on who and what we would become. Plus who we’re mates with.

Wait Lu I want to know who our mate is!

Fay, we have to wait till the right time. The thing is I don’t even know who or where he is. I’m so helpful am I right?

Touch’e. I say as Lu goes to the back of my mind. 

I come back out of my daydream when I see Bella's hand waving in front of my wolfy face.

“Fay! I’ve been calling you out for the past 2 minutes, are you ok?”

I shift back

“I’m fine. Just… Peachy…”

Bella looks at me confused

“I met my wolf you dummy.”

“Ohhhhhh. Wow Fay you still have clothes on. Weird”

“Perks of being a Lycan?” 

“Probably. Anyways we should head back to the “Clothes Tree” and go back to the pack house.” 

I nod my head yes and start walking

As we got closer to the pack house Bella asked me a question,

“So what’s it like to shift for the first time?”

“Oh it is the funnest thing you will ever experience!” I say sarcastically

“Really?”

“Nope.” I say walking off.

Bella stayed behind and said

¨No wonder you're peachy.¨

Then she walked after me.

¨I heard that.¨

¨Did not!¨
