Ariana Cole never believed that one person could walk into her life and completely change the way she saw the world.
For years, she had convinced herself that she was better off alone. She had built walls around her heart so high that she believed no one could ever break through them. Love had only shown her one thing — that people could leave when you needed them the most.
Her mother was taken away by fate.
Her father chose another life.
So Ariana decided that depending on anyone was a mistake.
