That night I waited in my prison looking out the window thinking that Grey was just using another psychological tactic to trick me into thinking he was letting me out when he wasn't. However, I jumped up when Jack opened the door to take me out of my prison. Grey's words were true this time! why? "You should not have done that child... I would have figured something out." Jack grumbled at me clearly not happy that I stepped in to help.
"Who is he threatening..." I whispered softly as he undid my ankle restraint. More than anything I wanted to know why someone who had a kind heart like Jack would be helping someone as evil as Grey.
