Ballice's pov "What?" "Yes and that's final. You're not taking my daughter anywhere." Mr Smith says the words coming out with an edge and each word that leaves his mouth weighs me down than the last. "It's okay. I can't disobey you." "Thank you Ballice. The only mistake you did is that you proposed to my daughter without my knowledge. So you disrespected me. " " What? I didn't respect you uncle. I didn't know you'll feel that way. " I defend myself. I can feel sweat forming on my forehead. "That's how I felt." He says smoothly shrugging his shoulders at the same time. " I'm sorry. " My voice comes out barely audible. "You should just go back home and prepare for Christmas Eve you know."
