Amory was meant to be wild and free feeling the chilly wind through his fur as he ran through the cold dark forest. As Amory grew he was troublesome and adventurous always getting into things he shouldn't have. Amory tussled with snakes and poisoness spiders brave and foolish the child was. Even as tiny infant he wanted to run and be free but was stuck with enclosed walls and paint that smelled of beautiful roses. How he adored the outside world the green grass in the summer and the soft snow in the winter he was always running and chasing something he was engetic strong and brave never wanting to sleep. When he couldn't get to sleep his foster mother would sing songs of times that were long forgotten by others. A time of great peace and love throughout the land and each other, these songs helped Amory learn of love and safety. Amory felt how much she meant her words how they flowed out of her like a giant wave crashing against the shore. Amory knew his foster mother loved him, because of the way she explained love and how strongly she felt while saying those 3 little words. He could always feel other people's emotions and sense what someone was going through even if it was shoved deep down where no one could see it. Amory was always different he could see, smell ,and hear better than anyone else ever could. Amory's parents saw him getting stronger each day running faster hearing more. They always knew one day they would lose their little Amory but they knew he was Destined by the blue moon for greatness. Amory never knew his who his real mother and father was so he always called his foster parents mom and dad. He asked them questions about why he was left and how, but they could never give him an answer as they did not know what awaited their precious baby. Amory's foster mother made it a point to never hide anything from Amory even as her last days of life came and went she fought to tell him how much she truly did love Amory and how much he really did mean to her. with her final breaths of air she told Amory one more time the story of the little wolf boy in a woven basket left on the bluest moon in history my little Amory and with her last breath she spoke these words that Amory would hold close to his heart for the rest of his left, "don't forget me I'll love you till the end of time" Amory replied "I won't forget I'll only remember the memories of the past". With the passing of his mother Amory was filled with great greif and sorrow from losing his mother, his father loved him so dearly and tried with all his might to get the boy out of the house and comfort him. He was Destined by a blue moon to find who he was and be who he was meant to be. His father repeated these words to him as his mother always had but all Amory could do was feel a sadness so unbearable that tears came like a waterfall and wouldn't stop until the hours of sleep and dream. His father came to him one night and said there's a blue moon out in the sky if you just take a moment and look you'll see that you're mark will glow brighter if you just make a smile. His mother's words echoed in his ears like a bomb going off in an empty room. That night Amory looked out the window to see the moon staring at him with a bright blue smile and his mark began to burn and itch. His time had finally come to find out who he really was.
