I have been running for hours and when I finally stop at a bed and breakfast I almost pass out on their porch. I shift and quickly get dressed. I was in fey territory.
The Moon court was huge and filled with magic. I believe that when Iris came here the world started to feed off her and that's why her powers were less and less.
