Lightning strikes at the beach near us. A lot of sand fly across the place and Mila closes the basket to protect the remaining food. Adjusting my glasses and squinting, I see Lady Aurelia appearing just as the dust clears enough. She's folding her arms, looking at me with a smile that hides her anger.
