Chapter 4: Lie Detector

1614 Words
~Mia Mondragon~ "You made the worst decision possible when you asked me to follow you into your office. You shouldn't even entertain the idea of making peace with me since it won't come to fruition," Even though I am aware that stating this to Albert Ros would not cause him to alter his behavior, I simply want to get the heck out of here. After being shoved by Albert Ros, I fell backwards into the bed. I took a look at the bruises that this cretin had left on my body, which were all of works. "Don't even think of bringing a lawsuit against me because you won't win." As though Albert Ros is aware of what was going through my head within my heart. He casually tossed a phrase out there. He grasped the sheet, and with a flick of his fingers, he curled my whole body inside the sheet so that I was living like a huge silkworm chrysalis within the sheet. "If you could only believe it, I would send you a nasty letter!" I did not forget that I was a gold medal reporter, and the most potent weapon in a reporter's arsenal is their pen. "Funny, how could you threaten me with such? You still want to write! I'm going to see whether you're still alive when I see you walk out of this door today." Albert Ros saw my prior warning as a joke and did not take it seriously at all. He dials his personal security number, and within a few minutes, two of his armed guards show up. As Albert Ros moved near the window, one of the bodyguards began to recite a list of the accomplishments that Albert Ros had accomplished. The M. A. Group is a conglomerate of companies with operations across all three continents: North America, Europe, and Asia. Only its businesses lack an industry; all other sectors, including hunting, entertainment, real estate, and a wide range of light and heavy industries, as well as its minerals, are engaged. Shoulders that are broad and hips that are small are an example of the male golden ratio body type. When I stared at him, I couldn't help but avert my gaze from him. What a fiend, if you take in too much information, you will pass away... "Almighty Ros, your garment." Behind Albert Ros were two bodyguards who were holding platters and standing politely. Albert Ros made a beautiful movement to remove his shirt, and his toned form was shown when the cloth wrapped around him. That technique is referred to as treating narrow stripes with flesh. This is a perfect illustration of the rule. Albert Ros spoke the icy phrase "Take her away" while staring at the enormous silkworm pupae that were lying on the bed. " The two guys were acquainted with the route, so they disregarded my struggles and screams as they carried me out of the building one at a time. Albert Ros approached me as I was standing and he stared at me before saying, "If you want to be recognized by everyone, simply shout your mouth." I stubbornly remain silent. I couldn't afford to lose this man, so he asked me, "Now that gold medal reporters are in the news, do you still want to work? Do you still want fame?" Albert Ros asked me. I am powerless to stop him, and the only thing I can do is obey him for a little time, and then I will look for a way to flee... Inconvenient transportation due to the location of Albert Ros's private house, which was constructed on a mountain. However, it wasn't a concern for him since he had a private garage where he kept all of the most expensive automobiles. Even the least expensive option costs seven digits. I was left at the villa by two bodyguards, who gave me a friendly warning before leaving. "Miss Mia, you had best not even consider about fleeing, for if you do, we will not hesitate to murder you since our Almighty Ros have given us the go-ahead to do so." In a single stroke, it put an end to all of the illusions that I had, including the thoughts that I had of running away from this place. When the maid came in, there was a set of magnificent clothing on the tray, and she insisted that I change into them. At first, I thought the bodyguard was going to leave me here alone. "There is no way out of here, how long do you want me to remain in this place?" I yelled, but no one paid any attention to what I had to say. The two bodyguards came back into the room just now, and one of them helped me out of the building. I immediately sprang and said, "Let go of me, what are you going to do?" It's an assault to me personally; just let me go..." My defiance was, of course, completely pointless in the end. A room packed with precise equipment and cameras positioned at every possible angle. The area was covered from floor to ceiling with screens of all sizes, and cables were strung all over the place. There is no explanation for the unusually tense mood that pervades this location. At that very time, when I might have used my strength the most, I was unable to shift into a werewolf, which makes me feel terrible. I was restrained against my will by being fastened to a chair with iron rings around both my wrists and feet. My body was covered in cables as I was being examined by a someone wearing a white suit and a mask. "What are your plans for the evening? Even if you allow me to pass away, there is nothing you can take from me. Tell your boss that I want to leave immediately!" I cleared my throat and yelled at the top of my lungs. After attaching the wire to me, the guy began his explanation by saying, "This is a new generation of lie detectors that was just created overseas." As soon as these words left his mouth, I had a clear picture in my head of what he intended to accomplish. "Hey, go tell that p*****t that I don't have his love bead, exactly as he stated... I don't have his love bead!" Is that not confusing? The white goat paid me no attention as it sat down and inquired "Name" in a robotic manner. "Why will I tell you?" I couldn't make out the man's face since his eyes were moving, but he said, "You'd best comply, because although if this chair is a lie detector, it will also become an electric chair when required." "You're… Are you trying to kill me? The guy didn't say anything; all he did was gaze at me. My wrath caused me to blurt forth two words without any malice intended: "Mia Mondragon." The guy cast a quick look at the digital display and proceeded to press the "Age" button. "Twenty-two." The word "University"... The guy eventually inquired, "Who are you?" after posing a number of inquiries. "Nothing." "Say it again." "I said nothing!" The guy cast a quick peek at the screen and saw that the data line had not moved in the least. Either I wasn't lying, or I was so immersed in the notion that I had complete control over my pulse. Either way, it was one of two things. However, even the best agents are unable to do this at the moment. "You have a blue dot on your body, which signifies that you are a werewolf, and you have recalled all of your previous life. Or do you want to contradict it?" "What! Your boss was informed that the dot is a tattoo. Fine! It's possible that I'm a werewolf, but I have no recollection of my previous existence!" Because of this, I feel sorry for his partner. Someone with this sort of character shouldn't be allowed to have a romantic partner since he doesn't deserve it. I made up my mind that I would not pass up the chance to make fun of Albert Ros under any circumstances. Albert Ros, who was located in a different room and was monitoring the lie detector while wearing headphones, became enraged and smashed the wine glass that he was holding in his hand. Since the moment he arrived on this planet, Mia Mondragon was most likely the only person who had the power to make him furious in such a way and for that anger to persist after six hundred years. ... ... The guys who had gathered around him were shaking out of fear that one of them, if he was not cautious, might lay down and become a pump. On the opposite side, the dictator guy spoke to me with an emotionless mechanical, saying, "Miss Mia, six hundred years ago, you took something that doesn't belong to you. You are the only one who can freely return that item, and no one else can. So then, could you please tell me where the love bead that you took is?" I gave him my whole attention and listened to his ramblings while maintaining a neutral facial expression. "Anything else? Keep chatting! " I told him as much. "Are your parents werewolves as well, or are you keeping this secret from them as well?" Because you've spent all these years leading a phony life in front of everyone." I gave him a chilly grin, and I found that I had lost the strength to respond to what he said.
