I was so shocked. Why do I always tell everyone so much? That was exactly why I ended up in the clutches of André, because I wanted someone to share my problems with besides my son, who should not be burdened. His hand caught my arm, and the strange electricity between us was unreal. It was weird but not uncomfortable, but I was angry at him for confusing me again. I felt a heat inside me, like something was burning, and something that resembled electricity felt nice but I would never tell anyone about it.
I looked at him again, and pulled my hand to me, not giving him the satisfaction of knowing he had any kind of power over me. Never again would I give myself to someone so completely.
