I scoffed in disbelief and fully turned to her this time.
“You are the one making me uncomfortable with your presence.” I shot back at her angrily.
I saw pain flash through her eyes but I ignored it.
It was better this way, she should not feel entitled to me for whatever reason.
“Coming from someone who has s*x on the f*****g couch!“ Eden screamed back, tears almost rolling down her face.
At that moment, I regretted everything that I had said.
I wanted to rush to her and give her a hug or something, but there was this look of disdain that she was giving me.
Like my presence was making her feel disgusted.
“Chloe is my girlfriend, Eden. Please get used to her.” I muttered before running down the stairs.
