Jamie woke up from something very warm pressing on his back, and shifted uncomfortably until he realized it wasn’t a blanket that he was rubbing against, but another body. He froze almost immediately, giving his mind a bit of time to catch up. He had come to his mate’s room to bring him his dinner and ended up staying, even sharing a bath with him. They ended up talking, touching each other, and he fell asleep from exhaustion. Again. That was so pathetic that he wanted the earth to open up and swallow him whole.
