Aayat's P.O.V
I woke up from Abyad's call. She smiled and picked up the phone.
" Assalamualaikum habibti," he greeted.
His voice made me smile and gave me goosebumps but I replied only with "Walaikumsalam." I was about to cut the call when Abyad stopped me. "Before you cut, meet me at the fancy fair downtown at 3," he said.
"Ok," I replied and cut the call. Mom and dad were out of town but Zubair was home. Aditya and Zinat stayed over else the house would be completely dull. After I cut the call, I turned to wake Zinat up, but the latter was already on her phone probably texting my brother.
Her cheeks were red and she was smiling like an i***t.
"What is Zubbu saying that made you smile like this?" I whispered teasingly in her ears which made her jump.
