It is now 8:36.42 and that play had landed exactly on scheduled time. The stairs door had came down and White-Land walked onto the first step. Pulling his phone out to make a call. The voice answered. "Yo?" You hear from the other side of his phone with it being on speaker. "Whats up, my boy? I just showed up and you already know what time it is. Time to pop out and show these motherfuckers how its done for real. I would ask, but you always down for the ride. Club Dragon tonight. I'll be there by 9. Maybe 9:30. You know I gots to make me a entrance." On the other end, a familiar voice responds back with excitement.
"Hell motherfucking yeah, you gotta make an entrance. s**t, me and you both. I done kicked that damn Patricia to the curb too. I got nothing, but time tonight. Where the hoes at?" White-Land eyes went wide with shock. From both the off the guard news and the reference to women as hoes. He gives a disappointing smirked, but also intrigued by the tone in his voice. He proceeded the speak. "Stop referring to the woman as hoes, Granger and what did she do to you for you to leave her so suddenly like that?" Knowing his response is definitely about to be an ignorant one, he still can't wait to hear it.
"This motherfucking girl really decided to switch careers on me. Like the f**k she mean she wants to be a photographer? She was making plenty of man running the daycare. Watching all them kids, saving lives. I thought that's what the hell she wanted to do. You know? Change the world one kid at a time. What do she think is going to happen when she gotta find people to work with her to take pictures? At best shes a freelancer. Gotta start all over from scratch. She probably only got one or two clients at the f*****g most. How she gone pay her bills? How she gone eat? Afford soap to wash her ass with? I swear people just don't f*****g think man. All that dream s**t just be getting in the way of real life logic." It was a passionate ramble, but I think that he was done now. So, White-Land assumed. He paused for a second to make sure that he was and to his surprise, Granger was actually making alot of sense in his own way.
It didn't surprise him that much though. Granger always been smart and made sense, but it wasn't about Granger right now. "Listen, man. I get it and you make a valid point. She should've thought it through before making a big decision like that. However, taking pictures is her passion. It always been. Maybe she does have two clients right now, but she'll get more. Patricia is a brave girl and deserves to be happy. No matter what that looks like to her. As long as she's not doing anything that she may regret in life later. So, instead of acting like a father figure for her right now, Maybe just support her dreams and what she's passionate about. I'm not saying to get back with her or nothing, but the least you can do is believe in her." Grangers ego was being challenged. Viciously.
He knew his friend was right, but he just couldn't understand the logical point of view of trying it now at her age. "Alright, man. i hear what you're saying. Its better try late than never I guess. No matter the age. Hopefully she'll make something shake." Granger couldn't believe how mature he was being. His eyes a little watery as he blinked to fixed that problem and White-Land still standing firm as he understood the pain on both ends. "Forget all that though. Drinks on me tonight. I got a new video editor im inviting as well. His videos be fie (Fire). You gotta check him out. He'll be there tonight." Granger agreed and they both agreed to meet at the club.
Back at Dan-Yellas where Patricia was dropped off at, they are now discussing Orion. "I can believe you actually lasted around that bougie man for more than 5 seconds. I told you he was honest won't he?" In the mirror, applying her lipstick as she questioned her friend. Patricia was thinking hard not to incriminate herself, because she lowkey knew that she developed a crush in the few moments of their encounter. Her face gave an unsure look as her shoulders gave up and her eye was squinted. "Well, to be honest, he wasn't all of that bad to me."
The look was instant as her bestfriend turned around with her mouth wide open and head tilted with astonishment. "Let me finish. I'm not saying it like im taking up for him or anything like that." Putting both her palms out and shaking them both side by side with shaking her head back and forth." I'm just saying. He wasn't as bad as you and BreAsia made it seem. He was actually quite nice and straightforward in my opinion. A little firm, but I didnt cry after. Only except the one time that he referred to you. He was brutal." She done got so deep in the conversation, she wasn't able to stop herself before hurting her friends feelings.
He hand covered her mouth as she started to speak again. "No, no. I dint mean it like that." It was pointless. Before she could the rest of the sentence out she was stopped. "Yes, you did, but its ok. I'm over it and i get it. I wasn't his type, but obviously you were." Accepting the last part with an envious eyeroll. "I just hope that he doesn't eventually do to you what he did to me and your client. Or do what Granger did to you for that matter." Patricia could see the hurt in her friend eyes and could read the room. She knew shade was being thrown, but she just let her keep on talking.
"Anyways, its almost time to go. I think everything is intact." She gives the mirror a final look and turn her body to Patricia. "How do i look?" Patricia just gave a forced smile by just stretching her lip widely without showing teeth. "You look like you age like a fine wine. Any man would be lucky to have you." Standing up from the bed and walking over to her friend to hug her. "I will be here every step of the way with you and no man is never going to change that. Especially not a man like Orion."
They both stared in eachothers eyes as Dan-Yella couldn't help but feel a little remorse for a snarky remarks and is now giving a more regretful and tearyeyed face as we switch to the hellcat Orion and Hyde is approaching in as they park and go up to the bounce. "Man, Longshot? Come on now. bruh. You work here?" Longshot was happy to see his homeboy out as he dapped him up. "Of course I work here, man. I make my money in all types of ways and of course the dudes no not to play with me. Whats up, Hyde? Good to see you." Longshot showing him love as well while giving him a nonchalant stonecold smile.
"What up, Longshot? Good to see you, my boy. I know i don't come down to the turf often." Longshot waved him off as he spoke. Hyde continued his statement though with a smile. "See, you know? Like I always said. It just ain't my thing, but I still f**k with you though, my boy. I'm glad you making money out here in these streets. Any hustle is better than no hustle." Hyde finished speaking with his fish held up to his chest resting inside the palm of his hand.
"Like I told Rango earlier. As long as you're a friend to this man, then you're alright with me. I aint one of them that's gone press you about coming around. We all gotta do whats best for us at the end of the day. If this man right here believe in his heart that you're real." Pointing two fingers with both hands at one of his closest friends. "If he believes you're real to him, then you're real to me too and that's fact. Now, gone in there and have a good time. Yall holding my line up." They all laughs and walk inside.
The two boys sit at the bar first as they order some bourbon shots. White-Land, Granger, and Candice shows up right after. "Whats up, Orion? What's up, Hyde? This my partner and crime Granger. Don't pay him no mind. He don't have a filter." He has to gone head and vouch for him before he gets two drunk. Granger already knows Hyde though so its not really that awkward for real. "I know you Hyde. I dont do right here. Who you?" Orion breaks the ice instantly. "Whats up with you, White-Land? Call me Rango. Thats what I go by for real." Shaking his hand, then reaching over to Grangers hand while Grangers got his arms around Candice. "What up with you, Granger? Aye, I see you know how to pick them. She looks like a good catch."
Granger just ignores his hand and continues to talk. "Yeah, She is. Cute as a motherfucker too huh."He looks at Hyde while pointing at Orion. "Yo, Hyde? White-Land? He's cool people for real? You know i would hate to get violent." He emphasizes the word violent as he looks at Orion. Rango, gives him that defensive stare as his head goes back a little bit and his eyes squinting at him with a little anger. "Man, you better." Hyde stops him though. "Man, chill out. Dont let him rattle you. Thats what he likes door real." He explains with a chuckle at him and Granger. " Alright now, bruh. Chill out. The man trying to come in peace. Aint no need for no pointless ass altercation."
As soon as they finish up, the girls arrive. Patricia with Mario and Dan-Yella by herself. "What up, LiteBrite? We been waiting all our life for yall." Hyde says to make light of the situation, but she just rolls her eyes and sits at the table. "Boy, f**k you." Taking off her purse and already ordering two tequila shots." Patricia sits too beside her friend as Mario sits beside her. "Hey, yall. Hey, Orion. This is my date. Mario." Granger gets a little disturbed. "Wait. You know this man too, Tricia? How long have you known him and why didnt i know that you knew him." She looks at him as he asks. His eyes filled with a hint of jealousy as she smiles to make it worse.
Orion looks over to her to influence her to tell him the truth, but he can tell by her smile that she was eating up. "Why do it matter to you? We're not together anymore. Remember?" Rango laughs in his face."Besides, you're here with Candice, aint you? You should be happy. Right, Playa? Play on. Show the world how its done. You dont need her. She's Mario's girl now." He turns to look at Mario. "Right, Mario. Tell this man to stop worrying about yo girl. Who do he think he is." Patricia couldn't do nothing but snicker at this man even more. He was really the highlight of her life right now.
While Rango is over there antagonizing Granger still, The scene goes to Camilia. Baker, and Rosay finish the set up for their spell to bring their dragon form back. It was 11:29 and their Energies start to circle around the candles going around and around as they chant their evil parayer. "Evil spirits, Gods of Darkness, Fire, and Perception, make it so that we're the exception, Baker, Rosay and Camilia too, Let the dragon powers in our veins pour through." They chanted it repeated until exactly 11:30. Then three times after that, slowing it down each time than before.
Suddenly, the world start to shake like an earthquake, Splitting in half as the former dragons start to panic. Making a Cauldron that flows deep into the sea, the ancient dragon powers are released and the three villains shoot out of the volcano and up into the sky as they are struck by lightning. Causing them to form into the team that they once were. A team of three energy transformed dragon mutations. They lightly floated down to the ground in a deep sleep along with the rest of the modern day humans as the world closed right back up as if nothing happened.
