I watched as Wylder stormed out. I knew it was best to leave him alone right now. Killian’s father had pushed him like he had pushed me the last time. But while I had never killed anyone and barely knew how to handle a gun, it was different with Wylder.
He knew how to fight and to kill, but he couldn’t just end Killian’s father’s life. As they had agreed on. Killian stood in the middle. But if he at some point didn’t, they would fight.
