THREE places. There were three places that day which gave hints about the current location of Neoma Belmonte. And there was one for each major island in the Philippines. Quezon City – Luzon; Tagbilaran City - Visayas; and in Pagadian City – Mindanao.
Early at seven in the morning, a group of vagrants spotted a woman withdrawing from an ATM at 1036 EDSA, Quezon City. It could have been just a regular sighting, if it had not been for her strong resemblance to the runaway heiress. She was wearing a red sweater. Her long wavy hair was dyed black, and her eyes were colored hazel. This became a cue for them to chase her in order to exchange her for her father’s reward. The woman, however, was swift, and misdirected them when she turned into an alley and disappeared like a bubble.
