Creature was looring from the darkness. It was standing there. Silent, more like floating in the air than with boat feet on the ground. It watched. Watched them. Four of them ...three standing and a dead man on the ground. It wondered do they know? Will it pass a lot of time before they find out? It was risky, but it was worth it.
Suddenly Asiac turned. Something was behind them...she felt warmth on her back. Unhuman warmth...down the hall she could hear deep, heavy breathing.
