“What happened to Tarlah?” Linh asked, hugging herself in an armchair in the library.
“That battle happened weeks after Omah sent the ship that’s wrecked outside for aid,” Michael replied. “I think the World Book’s up to date, and that battle was fought today.”
“So Tarlah was on the brink of war when we got here,” Troy said, slumping against a shelf.
“There’s still time,” said Fiona. “Time for the Timbalens to set sail and drive the Zaldeaans out before they take Tarlah City.”
