Linh bit her lip. It wasn’t a good time to ask, but there wasn’t going to be one. So when Heir Ruarnon stepped out of the Golden Meeting Hall, she and her friends were waiting to speak to them.
“Heir Ruarnon, sorry to ask you now,” she began, internally squirming at raising such a minor issue when Ruarnon had just pushed their advisors to invade the Zaldeaan Realm, “but we wondered if you knew anything about magic archways. If there are myths about the North Landers being able to operate them? That’s how we think we got here and why we think they may be able to send us home.”
