Chapter 33 Redemption

I was mortified when I learned of the accusations hurled at me. Some of my detractors in the business world have found a way to discredit me. I will not let this go without legal ramifications. My investigators have found a lead. They assured me that it would be taken care of.
I am only worried about one person right now. The most important person in my life - Abby. I can sense that she is trying to hold things together, but I know her better. She is on the brink of giving up on us. I won't let her. If she won't fight, I will be the one to fight for us; but I need her to stay by my side. I love her so much that I cannot imagine going through life without her. My detractors know that she is both my strength and my kryptonite, and I need her to stay with me
