The two days that Abby was out were a disaster. Smith sent me his secretary to help out during those days, but it was a mess. She is not able to pick up where Abby left off. On top of that, she's not as savvy in terms of technology.
Probably because the rest of my staff are not working remotely.
The fact that I miss Abby adds sourness to my mood. She's the only one who knows how I want my coffee made. I miss her calm presence. I miss her reassurance. I miss her scent. F*ck this s**t! I have to sort these feelings out.
