CHAPTER THREE REED HAD BEEN driving for a couple of hours when his stomach finally told him he had forgotten to eat earlier. His only thought had been to pack his office and get the hell away from that college, to get away from Hayley, as much as that pained him. He sighed as he gripped the steering wheel tighter. How long would he feel the pain of walking out of her life? He sighed. It was the right thing to do.
