Chapter XIV- And it Continues

296 Words
To say I was scared would be an understatement. I haven't been scared of this supernatural fiasco, not even of the big, bad vampire, Angelo. Yet, thinking about how he could hurt my sister, both physically and mentally, scared me to death. Angelo had an evil glint in his eyes. Before I and Hades could do anything, Angelo brought Lisa's attention to us. SHIT!!!! Lisa looked as shell-shocked as I was when I saw their car beside ours. I was usually the less outgoing sister, so I can imagine her shock. But she looked almost petrified of Hades. Angelo parked the car on one side, and Hades followed suit. The moment I got down, Lisa dragged me away from them. She wanted to talk and ask about Hades, she was confused I could feel it, but my eyes kept traveling to Hades and Angelo. Angelo had a taunting grin on his face, while Hades looked like he was about to explode. "That's Hades." That phrase would have been completely normal, only if I had said it. But I didn't. Lisa did. "What, you know about him?" I asked her, quite shocked. "Yeah, and you need to stay away from her Percy, he is not good, he is the bad twin. Angelo told me all about him. How he turned viscous from a very you-" She kept on rambling, while my eyes met Hades. I knew he could hear us, but what had both of us fixated on each other was how much Angelo had everything planned. He had made Lisa believe that Hades was the evil twin, and now no matter what I said, she wouldn't believe me, unless I told her about the supernatural world. Shit just got even more f****d up. . . .
