As you know, Jasper and I had made a deal that I wouldn't tell anyone about last night. However, no one thought that Jasper would continue to follow me. Not secretly, but openly. He was always by my side; wherever I went, he would always be by my side.
Even Mary herself was surprised and thought that Jasper and I were in a relationship. Of course, I immediately emphasized that there was nothing. I reasoned that Jasper just wanted to learn something from me. However, I was sure Mary wouldn't believe it, judging by her answer. She just nodded her head and smiled jokingly, as if she knew I was lying.
Having Jasper next to me made me uncomfortable. How scared would he be if his identity was revealed? Do I look like someone who will reveal all the facts I know? Although that was a fact, this time it wasn't about ordinary things. If I tell someone about what happened last night, I'm sure I'll lose my life.
"Jasper, I promised to keep my mouth shut. Can you leave me alone? We've been in the public eye ever since," I grumbled.
Jasper glanced at me before returning his gaze to the front. "No, I don't believe you," he said.
I rolled my eyeballs lazily. Does this mean he will continue to follow me as long as I'm on campus? Until I graduate? Oh, no. That's a nightmare. "That means you'll follow me everywhere I go? Even to the bathroom?" I fumed.
"If it's necessary, I’ll—"
"Don't you dare do that, Jasper. Or I'll just scream and reveal your identity," I threatened. However, it seemed like a bad move. Jasper took a step closer to me and backed me up against the wall of the hallway. He lowered his head slightly to be level with me, surrounded me with his hands, and brought his face closer.
"Rosalie, you need to know that I will know where you are if I manage to lose you for even a second. I'm going to pull a fast one on you if that happens later. Do you understand?" Jasper said.
Okay, this is not good. Jasper has just declared that from now until an indefinite time, I will be his prisoner. It could be forever, but I certainly didn't want that. Being a prisoner of a charming vampire, it feels like I've seen a movie with a similar story.
"Okay, I understand," I said as I avoided Hazel's gaze. I don't know why I'm so infatuated with Jasper's eyes; should I just take them out?
After he didn't lock me up anymore, I thought he would give me some distance. However, he did the opposite, even worse this time. He grabbed my hand and stuffed it into his pants pocket. So that I wouldn't be able to run away. The two of us had already been the center of attention before, but that was because of different things.
However, now? We both became the center of attention because of the same thing. Every time I passed by students or female students, I always heard some disappointments and criticisms that they voiced to their own friends. If this continues forever, perhaps I would rather die at his hands than continue doing things like that.
"Wait here for a moment; I'll be right back."
"Where are you going? Why can't I come?" I asked.
"You want to watch me pee? Of course, I'll gladly accept, or maybe we can also do it—"
"Get rid of your perv*rted thoughts, Jasper. I'll never do it," I lamented as I tried to shake off his grip. But Jasper didn't let go; he kissed the back of my hand and then let go.
"What an asshole," I grumbled.
Surprisingly, I kept waiting in the hallway, like I really wanted to live. I unconsciously started to obey Jasper's will, and while waiting, I could see Brily heading towards me with an annoyed look on his face. You should know that if this guy is Jasper's number one rival, he is also famous among the ladies. On top of that, he once claimed to like me, but I rejected him outright.
"I thought you would never get involved with anyone, Rosalie. I didn't expect you to be in a relationship with an asshole like Jasper," he said.
"I didn't date him," I said.
"Oh, did you sleep with him?" Brily said, laughing with his friends.
I was obviously annoyed, so I slapped him, silencing him. "Shut your smelly mouth, Brily. I told you that there's no relationship between me and Jasper," I snapped.
I knew it was a mistake, but I was already furious. Of course, Brily was even angrier; he pulled my hand with his muscular arm and dragged my small body. I struggled with all my might, but it didn't do anything. He dragged me to the backyard of the campus. I didn't know what he was going to do.
"I'm going to make sure you and your damn friends get punished for this," I grumbled as I kept trying to break free.
"Oh, my dear. It's okay; I'll make you enjoy worldly pleasures," he said as he went back to laughing with his friends.
I rounded my eyes and was forced to bite his arm very hard and kick his c*ck. When I escaped from his grasp, I tried to run away from his friends with the taekwondo skills I had learned in the past.
"Damn it, get that damn woman!" said Brily as he endured the pain.
Luckily, I managed to escape. While running through the hallways of the campus, being chased by Brily's friends, I was caught by something I couldn't see. When I opened my eyes, I saw Jasper carrying me bride-style, either running or flying. However, we arrived at the front of the campus very quickly, even though the distance was quite far.
"Oh my god, thank you," I said with a sigh of relief.
"Maybe I shouldn't have saved you; I wonder if he could taste your virginity," Jasper said.
My eyes rounded again at Jasper's words: Do all men only care about s*x? How sickening. "Oh, do I have to keep dealing with perv*rted bastards like you?" I wondered.
"I'm not a perv*rt; if I was, then I'd already be—"
"Ah, never mind; I'll just go home. I don't have class anymore anyway," I said as I walked away from Jasper, but before long, he was beside me again and took me by surprise.
"Hey, are you going to keep following me?" I asked.
Jasper nodded. "Of course, I don't trust you. Neither on campus nor outside," he said.
"What?! Are you a perv*rt? Or crazy? Or both, huh? I won't agree to it; I'm going home—Argh!”
I could feel that Jasper had picked me up again and was running—who knows where? I didn't dare open my eyes and kept my arms around his neck until he finally stopped and put me down. Even my hands were still around his neck when I opened my eyes. I could see my house, and I gaped again.
"Hey, tell me. Are you stalking me? How do you know my house?" I gasped. Seeing Jasper just standing next to me made me very frustrated. Can't he leave me?
"Jasper, I promised you. Can't you leave me alone? There's no way I'm taking you into my house," I lamented.
"Why not?" he said.
"Because I don't want to!" I shouted. It seemed like my anger was at an all-time high, but damn it, Jasper was getting closer to me.
"I told you; I can't leave you. Because this is about my life too," he said.
And you're making me die slowly! I thought,
