JOYCE'S POV “Sis, I need a gown for our upcoming Senior prom. All my friends have something to wear, but I still don’t have a gown. I don’t even have shoes yet,” Celestine said to me. I sighed, resting my chin on the table. I haven’t received my salary yet, and the only money I have left is for paying the electricity bill, which I shouldn’t spend on anything else because I don’t want our electricity to get cut off.
