As soon as I finished the presentation, there was pin-drop silence in the room. With a nervous glance at them all, I watched a big, proud smile spread across Ms. Tyler’s face. I thanked the heavens in my heart when she showed me a thumbs-up.
“Well! I have to admit that your assistant is amazing, Alpha Dominic,” Alpha Lucas said in a meaningful tone, which made me grit my teeth in anger.
