“What if someone is following us?” I asked her a little nervous and still searching for the smell. She grabbed my shoulder again to face me towards her again and I turned annoyed.
“It’s nothing. Now can we please go?” She said and I sighed. I reluctantly nodded, trying to forget my paranoia. We phased and started running to her house. But I swear I heard a gasp when we phased.

After school, I walked out the school pissed. Ever since lunch, I’ve been in the nurse’s office. My jaw was swollen and red and I know I would be the laughing stock of the school. I was definitely going to give Joyce a piece of my mind. Well as long as her brother is not with her. He’s on the football team and I don’t want to die.
