I took a huge breath in to calm myself in whatever way possible from the anxiety that was rushing through me like a tidal wave.
Silas gripped my hand more firmly as though assuring me that he was with me and nothing could happen to me.
The cool breeze blew on me. I haven't been out of Silas's floor since we came back yesterday. This is the first time I'm taking in the fresh air again and it feels so good.
