Alora's pov
Neveah and I walked back home and she didn’t look as chatty as usual. I already consoled her in the restaurant but it seems like her emotions were still in a constant flux. She was now emotionally unstable, so she wasn’t as chatty as she would usually be.
After a while, she suddenly broke the silence between us. “So… what’s up with you and Silas?” She asked and I smiled.
“Oh, we’re fine. Things are going on pretty well between us.” I replied naturally and didn’t mention the arrival of Emery. She nodded her head in approval.
