Silas looked at me with a confused gaze and I gritted my teeth.
“I have already told you all you need to know about my past, but you haven’t told me enough. Besides, you should know that I’m just being concerned for you.” I came up with an excuse that was partially true and false at the same time. However, his mood wasn’t any better.
“Russell isn’t any of your business, so I don’t believe you should be bothered.” He said before retracting his fist from the wall, “This discussion is over.” After saying this, he left me to my wits and walked back to the house. I was momentarily stunned and didn’t even know what to do again. However, knowing Silas, he wasn’t one to flare up this much.
