I biked all my way to school. The cars busy parking and people walking on their way to the lacrosse field greeted me. Normal shirt and jeans paired with my stan smiths is my mood for tonight.  "Hmmmm..." I say underneath my breath.  My heart pumped loudly underneath my chest like it could burst out at any moment.  Chester allowed me to get off for today. As per him, he wanted me to enjoy and have memories to have worth keeping since he wouldn't want me to remember high school with so much agony and awful bullies.  I'm forever grateful for an adult presence even if he wasn't related to me at some point.  I park my bike and lock it up, giving in with the people who were also as excited as me in seeing the game.
