Eccentric err, chapter two....

“so, maybe, we can be… like friends, I can take you round the school, introduce you to the clubs and our social areas, like, swimming pool, the badminton court and the principal’s office, incase you wanna change one of his ridiculous documentaries, like, our meal schedule …, he is really bad at it, I would show you the cool guys also, then you can get a boy friend there”

“nah…”

Parsley said,as she seemed engrossed in sipping her smoothie with her straw.

“did you just say, nah?”

“yeah”

Parsley responded swallowing the smoothie in her mouth

“why that?”

“I just recently broke up with my former boyfriend”

“why?"

“I relocated, I am still trying to regain from his absence”

“that’s bad, I clearly understand, but you gonna move on with your life girl” lezzie said trying to cheer her up from her disappointed mood

“I know…” parsley faking a smile.

“so, where do your father stay?”

Lezzie asked. Parsley wanted to take a sip from her smoothie but on hearing the question she dropped it back.

“what?”

“your dad , does he stay with you?”

“of course, I do not have a mom”

“oh, that’s bad; what happened to her?”

“I can’t actually remember vividly but it was really horrible, I pray not to even remember a bit of it”

“what if it’s just pops out”

Parsley snuggled.

“well, my dad normally use to say that once you stay out of things that reminds you of something , you won’t easily remember those things”

“hmm what a belief”

Parsley smiled , just then the bell rung.

‘that’s for class” lezzie said, as she stood up so did parsley, and they left the cafeteria leaving there half eaten food on the table.

CHAPTER TWO

Great reveal of Ryan.

LAWRENCE and Mandy where at the basketball court walking around while discussing . just then, lezzie and parsley came in.

“Mandy!” lezzie yelled.

Lawrence and Mandy quickly turned to see them

“oh, you guys are here”

Lawrence said, with a wide smile.

“yeah, I didn’t ask you to say anything freak” lezzie said.

“Mandy, parsley want to join the cheerleaders team”

“Really”

“You bet your butt, really”

Mandy turned towards parsley .

“You wanna join the cheerleaders?” she asked.

“Yeah”

“Why?”

“I was the head of the team In my previous school”

“Nice!”, Lawrence exclaimed.

“We need to do few dancing skills test and get you rolling”

Mandy said as she cat walked out of the court.

They reached the football field.

“Here we are” Mandy began “alright, show me what you got” Mandy chanted in a sort of doubting manner, lezzie rolled her eyes and sighed.

“you know, you always think that nobody is better than you” lezzie said to Mandy

“That’s because no one is” Mandy sneered. Lezzie waggled her head. Parsley was already standing at the front of them waiting for a sign in other to start.

“Alright, play the music lezzie so she can start” Mandy ordered.

Lezzie eyed her and with a disrespectful face, she took up her phone and played the music. Parsley pulled off the blue denim saggy jacket she wore and threw it on Lawrence’s face , he quickly removed it from his face and winced.

Parsley was now on a pink singlet and black pants. Following the beating of the song from lezzie phone, parsley twirled, slide to the right and back to the left, she did a waist break and wined a little , after that an American dance and followed up with it and a twirl again. She was already breathing really hard and tried to catch up with her breath. Every one of them was stunned, their jaw almost dropped to the ground.

“bravo” lezzie quickly broke the silence, she ran towards parsley and hugged her. Lawrence didn’t know what to say, he still gazed at her like a statue.

“ugh… are you okay, Lawrence!?” lezzie asked, Lawrence quickly snapped out.

“yeah, it just that she is really good at dancing”

“ anyways… , Mandy is she in? ,you can’t tell me no, because she danced very well and we literally need good dancers like her” lezzie said.

Mandy quirked her eyebrow and rose up her lips

“she is indeed good. Alright, fine she can join the cheer leaders crew…”

“yes” they all shouted before Mandy could finish her words

“… but if only she would not try to be better than me” Mandy said

“what” parsley exclaimed.

“that’s right girl, you can’t just come in and still my show”

“it’s true she hates that” lezzie said like a whisper to parsley

“anyways, the point here is that she is already part of the school cheerleaders!’’ Lawrence said. Just then, almost immediately, a great noise was heard from the school building. People were screaming and it made the ground to vibrate.it was like a serious riot was going on in there

“what’s going on in there?” lezzie asked as they all faced the academic building.

“hmm, I think we are all meant to know , since we are all outside” Mandy responded sarcastically .

“you know, Mandy you must not always be rude, try to be nice sometimes, it might earn you some love”

“of course, I must be rude to people who always ask stupid questions”

“guys, I don’t think this is a perfect time to quarrel right now, let’s go see what’s going on inside” Lawrence said as he threw back parsley’s jacket to her and ran off, so did Mandy and lezzie, alongside parsley.

When they got to the school hallway they met people running towards a particular class. Lawrence immediately grabbed a boy’s wrist who was passing by.

“what’s going on” Lawrence asked strictly as if he could find a solution to what so ever problem it was.

“Ryan, Ryan Markson !”

The guy announced as he set himself free from Lawrence grip and ran away towards the classroom that everyone entered.

“Ryan…mark…son!” lezzie and Mandy squeaked and quickly ran into the class, leaving Lawrence and parsley in the hallway , Lawrence was smiling.

“Who is Ryan Markesan?” parsley asked.

‘Ryan is a boy’ Lawrence responded stupidly.

“I know, but why is he so special?”

“Oh, that, he is a rich guy, as girls say and he is fun to be with, that’s for the guys though”

“Oh please…” parsley said, rolling her eyes.

“You might like the guy”, Lawrence said.

“To hell with this stupid guy”

“No, don’t say that”

“Why shouldn’t I?”

“Trust me, you will like…you would not just like, you would love him instead”

“I can’t fall in love with another guy”

“Come on, please like him” parsley turned to him, with her eyes narrowed.

“What’s wrong with you?” she asked him

“Nothing I was just joking but the truth is that if you get to know him, you will surely like him as a friend” Lawrence finally concluded the conversation and he walked away. Parsley watched him go.

The next day, parsley entered into the school. the hallway was empty, she looked up to the wall clock and noticed that it was not time for lessons yet, she became really confused and a little bit horrified.

“Hello!” she yelled, summoning up courage. Nobody responded. Instead she heard her echo “gosh”

She walked calmly to her classroom and entered in. behold, almost all the student surrounded a particular desk at the back row, making a hell of a noise, they seem to asking questions randomly.

“Phew” parsley Give a sigh of relive. She could not see the person that they surrounded but she saw Lawrence behind, trying hard to make it through the crowd.

“Piss, Piss,!” she called in a voice that seem close to a whisper. Lawrence quickly turned to parsley and he smiled at her.

“Hey, you kindda came late” he said

”Well, I know, but I wasn’t that late” parsley said still whispering.

“Why are you whispering? The class is noisy already”

“Alright” parsley said as she got back to her normal voice

“What’s going on?” she asked

“Ryan”

“Ryan?” she asked, wincing. “Him again?”

“Yeah”

“This guy is just a new student, so why is everybody all over him?”

“he is not a new guy to the school, he have been here but he moved out of the country, he went to France and now he is back, do you know how many followers he has on twit flash, I just got to know about it, if I can get a picture with him, I would be pure internet fame”

“Keep dreaming joseph!” parsley said, as cat walked to her desk and sat down on her seat. She pulled off her bag pack and gently brought out her books. Just then, someone whispered so low that parsley could not hear it.

“Guys here she is, parsley willow code” just then, every one gave way, so that Ryan could see parsley. He was sited on the desk. Their was a young guy, fair and with a long plaited hair, red lips and darkened eye and his golden earrings with his chains together with his cool casual outfit.

“hey, parsley!” he yelled.

Parsley rose up her eye but didn’t look at him.

“are you the new freak?” he said, it got to parsley head as she quickly turned to him.

“have you ever thought maybe you are the freak?”

Ryan smirked.

“I said it because you look like one, you know, like your father?”.

Just then, parsley stood up and walked to where he was. Lawrence and another dude held her back.

“Calm down parsley, what’s wrong with you”. Lawrence asked.

“he has no right to talk about my father like that!”. She warned.

Ryan stood up from his desk as everyone made way for him.

“leave her, let her hit me if she can”

Lawrence and the dude left her. She was facing Ryan directly.

“You are too weak and dont try to be provoked by a little comment about your freaky father”

“you don’t know who my father is” she yelled again, pointing at him.

“I know, he is an awkward, foolish man who have given birth to an useless daughter just like him” parsley flushed, she was extremely angry. Just then, she landed on Ryan’s face, an hot dazzlingly slap.

“oh!” all the student present in the classroom gasped. Just then, a guy, Nathan, came up to parsley.

“hey, you got any idea what you did!” he shouted.

now parsley was In a lot of trouble, because all the whole class was against her.
