The Cruel Vampire Prince

1212 Words
He sat on his throne, long blonde hair gleaming and blue eyes cold and calculating. His lips were pink and pulled back in a grimace and his black pants and shirt were luxurious and screamed of being expensive. Although the man possessed the look reminiscent of an angel, the man sitting on the throne was anything but. Vampire Prince Liam Geraldo surveyed the people standing before him in disgust, annoyance radiating from his very pores. The vampires standing before him were either oblivious or too stupid to notice as they continued to push their luck. The small fat man whose name he had long since forgotten began to speak "my daughter Cecilia would make you a wonderful bride your highness" he exclaimed featuring to his daughter, round face beaming with pride. He grabbed a handkerchief to wipe the sweat dripping down his face and Prince Liam smirked at how uncomfortable he looked. He was quite astounded at how fat and old the man looked despite being a vampire. His eyes narrowed as he looked at the vampire woman standing before him. Sensing his gaze Cecilia smile d at him, while he fought to keep from grimacing. She was beautiful with long red hair and green eyes. Her skin was a delicate porcelain and she had a perfect hourglass figure with big t**s and a small ass. Her dress was designed to flaunt her assets, the green dress showing an obscene amount of cleavage with a plot up the side to show off her long legs. Her glittering high heels and clutch completed her look. She was a bombshell and she knew it. However, she was not to his taste. Prince Liam had gotten sick of women dressing s****y in order to seduce him or get him to agree to marriage. "Prince Liam I assure you that I will meet your every need" she purred thrusting her breasts up even more and smiling suggestively. He wanted to vomit. Every move she made was calculated and manipulative. He knew she was hoping that he would simply look at her beauty and fall for her. No doubt countless men or vampires had been enthralled with her. He however was not going to be one of them. As he opened his mouth to speak Cecilia cut in "You do need a heir your highness" she simpered "our children would be so beautiful don't you think?" Prince Liam ground his teeth, wanting nothing more than to cut her head off then and there. Her voice was shrill and high pitched, his ears hurt just listening to that annoying voice.  "With all due respect" he began attempting to be cordial but was promptly interrupted again. "Queen Annabeth has invited us to stay for a few days so we can get to know each other better" Cecilia squealed and Prince Liam rolled his eyes.  Of course his mother had taken it upon herself to invite them to stay. She would do anything and everything to ensure he had an heir to continue their bloodline. His feelings were not taken into consideration at all.  Cecilia moved even closer and stroked his arm suggestively even as he flinched and tried to fight the bile rising in his throat. Her perfume was sickly sweet and very overdone. She must have used half a bottle, he thought in order to smell that bad! She took no notice of his discomfort and leaned close to his ear, showing off her cleavage in front of him. "Shall we go back to your room?" She suggested, whispering, her breath hot and heavy on his neck.  That was the last straw. Prince Liam hated women like this with a passion. They thought all they had to do was dress sl***y and be provocative in order to get what they want. To him they were all alike, nothing but mindless bimbos with no personality or interests. He couldn't take anymore and stepped up abruptly, removing Cecilia's hand with a glare. Seeing the glower on his face Cecilia gulped and knew she had gone too far.  Just as he opened his mouth to give a thoroughly deserved tongue lashing footsteps sounded outside the throne room and the door was flung open loudly. His head guard Robert came rushing in, his black hair and face covered in perspiration as he knelt panting in front of his Prince. Prince Liam wanted to jump with joy at the interruption but managed to maintain a stoic look as he stared at the guard.  "What is the meaning of this?" He asked deadly calm and Robert gulped, his brown eyes meeting the unwavering gaze of Prince Liam's blue ones. He gulped.  "There is a lass just inside the gate your highness. She is in pretty bad shape and will require medical assistance." Prince Liam c****d his head, curious as to why he needed to be told. So what if some vampire needed help. His guards could have easily arranged that without his assistance. Robert sensed his confusion. "She's a human your highness" At this Prince Liam took in a shocked breath and began to bark out a flurry of orders at the guard.  "Take the girl to a guest chamber and fetch Neil our resident doctor. Be extremely gentle with her and get the housekeeper to fetch whatever the doctor needs to treat her. I'll be along in a moment to check out the situation." Robert nodded his understanding and promptly made his way out of the throne room to carry out his instructions. Up till now Cecilia and her father had remained silent but now she couldn't help sneering "a human is not worth your time your highness" Neither are you, thought Prince Liam. Aloud he said "I disagree and must ask you to retire to your room. I must assess the human lass and determine what has caused her injuries lest it be something dangerous that may pose a threat." They began to splutter and looked indignant but he was not willing to continue the conversation. His eyes began to turn red and his canines began to show as he hissed "leave now." Cecilia and her father were forced to obey, and left the room spluttering angrily about the treatment they were receiving. He didn't care. Once they left he breathed in deeply and began to smile. Although the human being found was a cause for concern it was not the emergency he had made it out to be. Prince Liam had just wanted Cecilia and her father to be gone and this had provided the perfect excuse to rid himself of their company.  His blue eyes narrowed as he thought about Robert telling him that she was in bad shape. He began to wonder if she encountered something in the forest that could have injured her or if the barrier itself had caused it. A human fell through the barrier every few years so it wasn't unusual but for some reason he felt curious about the lass. He decided to go see the little human and left quickly, safe in the knowledge that he could avoid company while dealing with this so called emergency. Sometimes it was good to be a Prince, he thought chuckling as he sped through the castle.
