“HUGO!”. Andrea yells again, holding on to the wall for support with her other hand gripping the hem of her nightdress. “Hugo”.
She calls weakly, starting to feel faint from the blood loss.
Hugo barges in and when he sees the blood dripping down her thighs, without a second thought, he carries her in his arms and rushes down the stairs and into the car. Lord knows where he got the strength to do that.
Hurriedly, he jumps into the driver’s seat and sets the car in motion, driving at top speed and hoping he doesn’t get pulled over by the police for going above the speed limit. Luckily for him he doesn’t and he gets to the hospital in under two minutes.
He carries Andrea in his arms again and rushes into the hospital.
