Chapter 2: PAIN

When they all arrive at the royal palace, Eli was stunned at how beautiful and massive it is, she couldn’t hear William calling for her, she was overwhelmed by how beautiful it is, it was only when William’s touched her did she come back to earth.

“ Eli love, let’s get going, we still have to attend the wedding ball to attend, come on. He help down from the carriage, when she came down she was greeted by many royal’s, nobles,guards and maids. She felt small between them, she felt the princes hand tightened around her hand as to help her calm down, she felt even more happy her husband is here for her , she finally had someone other than her aunty.

She finally raised her head to look at the people right in front of her, once they reached the ballroom, someone announced they arriver and the whole room fell silent as they both walked in hand in hand, they were lead to their sit , that was arranged already for them, as soon as they sat down and the king made a hand sign, sounds of music full the air.

People came to congratulate them one by one, they brought gifts and the duke’s family also arrived then, they came to also give they’re gifts and prayer for the newlyweds, the wife of the Duke, hug Eli as a show, to make people think she was really going to miss her, she whispered in Eli’s ear. “ you little brat, make sure to satisfy the prince and if you think because you are married to the prince now, you are on top of the world or above me, then let me burst your bubble, but you are nothing but a toy that’s going to be used to make babies for this royal f**k family, keep my word in mind, think about why i let you a disgrace marry the prince and not my beloved daughter.

“ after she was done saying that, she smiled beautifully like a mother who was just won a lottery and she left cleaning her invisible tears, while Eli left shock and her face went pale, she has been asking herself this question for a long time, since she heard she was getting married to the prince but she was told it was the king who choosed her, but after what she just heard she was starting to think, they were more things about this marriage that she wasn’t aware off.

She turned to look at her husband again and saw him looking at her with so much love in them for her, she just smiled, her step mother just wanted to scare her, this man couldn’t hurt her in anyway, he treats her with such love and now because of someone stupid words she was started doubting him, how stupid of her.

The ball finally came to an end, now she was be excourted to her new room that she would be sharing with the prince, her husband, he was called by the king his father to discuss some officials stuff. she noticed as she was been lead to her room, some people would scare at her with a very pitiful grace, some with hate, worries, while some with curiosity,but it was more of pity.

She finally reached her room, she saw five maids waiting for her in the large and beautiful room, the interior of the room was well made, the bed was king size, the room was decorated with gold and black as a symbol of the royal family, she was immediately attended to, the guards left and standing outside.

The maids introduced themselves, that they were here to prepare her for the wedding night , it was then she remembered she is to consummate her marriage tonight with William, but she wasn’t scared, William had already promised her that nothing was going to happen during the wedding night, he told her he would wait till she was of age, when she remembered what he said she felt even more happy about her marriage, but she didn’t let the maids know as he would just come to her room and sleep, he will tell everyone tomorrow that he slept with her, that’s what he told her.

She was taking to the bathroom, that was big and made with gold, she wasn’t used to this many people helping her bath or anyone except her Anuty, but the maids refused to let her bath alone that they would be punished, only then did she agree, when they’re done, then cleaned her body and applied different oil and made her wear a reviling night grow, she felt naked , they arranged hair, made her look more beautiful than she already is, then the maids started praising her beauty and how the prince would only look at her.

Ontill one said “ I pray he goes easy on you, how could they marry off, such a child like you to that demon prince, poor child barely fourteen and already married, what a shame, I pray he doesn’t do something to your beautiful fa..shut up how can you say such words about the prince and scare her like that, wash what you say or you will be punished by me, a woman in her early years said as she walks into the room, she was the head of maids in the princes quarters.” now get out and wait to receive punishment. the maids immediately left.

Eli was shocked to the bones by what she just heard, Noo, William would never harm her, she knew he was cold to others but not her, she was brought by to reality by a matured woman’s voice. “ don’t listen to that foolish maid, she was just jealous about you, she’s been trying to seduce the prince for a long time so don’t take her words to heart, your highness, I can see you are done get ready to receive the prince, you look beautiful the prince would be happy to see you, he said I should tell you, he will be by your side soon, something came up, I apologize on his behave.

Eli felt a huge weight left her, thank GOD , she knew he wasn’t that kind of person, he is kind , gentle and very well mannered, how could he be called a demon, no way, she smiled at the lady and said “ okay I understand, but what do I call you ma,,” ohh how very disrespectful of me to to introduce myself, I’m miss wrinkles from winter fall, I’m in my early fifties, I’m the head of the maids and also the one who takes care of everything in this place your highness, I hope you are not in need of everything.

Eli only nod’s as to acknowledge her, after saying that she help the remaining maids finish dressing her, they arranged the bed and told her to wait for the prince by sitting on the hege of the bed and the left her alone in this big room, they light up the candle even more to brighten the room, saying it was her husband who should blow the candle off.

Outside from her room somewhere else a cry of pain would be heard, “ please I beg you, I’m sorry I will never say anything like that again ple…ahhh..ahhh…I..pl..beg.. you. It was the maid who said those words to Eli, “ how dare you say such things, you would have destroyed everything, the fun in watching her shocked face tomorrow would have been gone, cut of her tongue and put her in the dungeon to be fed to my little babies. A voice said as they thruway the hot iron as walk away.

Eli unaware of anything just walked to the barony in the room and stared at the beautiful palace and a something caught her attention , she saw a beautiful garden and thought of asking William to take her there tomorrow morning, she felt sleepy but she really wanted to wait for William but she just laid down a little before she knew it she was asleep.

After like 30minutes the door of her room was open but she hear because she was till sleeping, the person walked to her bed, she turned around in her as she felt eyes staring at her in her sleep and the blanket fell from her body revealing her beautiful body, the dress raised up showing her thigh and shoulders blades.

Eli felt hands on her body as she slept, she felt like someone was kissing her body, she suddenly turned shift and opened her eyes slowly to see who it was, if she was just imagining things, as she opened her eyes she saw William’s her husband, because of the candle light but some were off making the room dim, she unconsciously said his name; William.

And William immediately raised his head to look at her, he stared at her like a predator looking at his prey, with his golden eyes that was brighter in the dark, he answered her with his sweet yet empty voice with emotion,” yes, you called, I guess I woke you up sorry, but now that you are awake let’s continue what we were doing.he came close to her and kissed her passionately as if he wanted to eat her, he snaked his hand between her thighs and separated her legs, as he came between them.

Eli was shocked by his behavior and she immediately used the little strength she had to pushed him away from her, he was caught of guard and felt on the ground, she was panting hard as she immediately closed her legs and arranged herself and left the bed trying to see if William’s was okay, see him rise form the ground meant he was okay and she was confused and angry why would he do thing to her and she asked him.

“ will why would you touch me like that, I’m sorry for pushing you, you surprised me, don’t scare me like that again, I don’t like what you did and you promised to wait till I become older, what’s the meaning of this, I don’t like thi..’ before she could finish her sentence he gave her a hard slap on her face that made her lose her balance and fell on the floor, and blood were dripping for her noise and lips.

She stared at him in shock, the only words that left her lips were, “William why ?? . he didn’t answer her he just picked her up and thru her on the bed as he started coming close to her slowly as she was also moving back ontill her back hit the bed stand, he said to her slowly as he worked to her coldly with no signs of affection as before.

“ you are really that naive are you, you think I prince William of the dragon kingdom would love you, keep dreaming , and as for that promise, fool which man would wait till you are much older, just looking at you want to make me swallow you whole, I been holding back for a long time since I saw you , you little sl**t, now come here let me have you, I can’t wait to taste you, you should have run away when you had the chance. And he immediately got a hold of her legs and dragged her to himself as tears rained form her eyes, she kicked with her legs and ran to the door but it was locked and she tried to call for help, but nobody answered her, she yelled in pain when William dragged her by her hair and give another slap on the face and used her head to hit the door.

And she felt tried, so much pain that’s all she felt thought out that night .
